healing crystals: lodolite

Lodolite, also referred to as Shaman Quartz or Ghost Quartz is my all-time favorite crystal and one I recommend to the majority of my clients. It is such a beautiful ally on our journey toward healing and integration, particularly if we have wounds from the past that we are ready to go back and heal. This is the stone that we need when we are bringing all of the pieces of our being back together into wholeness. It always us to see, know, and connect with that which is intangible and elusive, allowing us breakthroughs and transformations on a soul level that we may have previously been unable to reach. Lodolite Meaning & Energy

Lodolite is a gentle yet powerful stone. It does deep work and it asks us to be brave in the face of what our soul has to reveal to us, but it does so in a compassionate way. It is not one of those stones (and no shade to them at all) that bulldozes into our lives with changes and transformations. That is not Lodolite’s way. Lodolite is not here to change your life, it is here to open you up to the guidance and inner knowing you need to change your life. It ties us to the deepest part of ourselves, reconnecting us to our spirit. It has our inner wellbeing in mind, your soul knows what you can take, what you are able to process, hear, and see in each moment. Lodolite is not a stone to push you past your threshold but it will expand you just as much as you are ready for. It is an invaluable ally in putting us (human, ego, consciousness) on the same page as our soul (subconscious.)
